Chocolate/Coffee Cupcakes
Best one's I've made yet. Chocolate coffee cupcakes with a coffee buttercream icing invention on top, sprinkled with some semisweet shavings and chocolate sprinkles. They have about a cup and a half of coffee in them altogether. The coffee flavor is just strong enough. So good- I'm bringing a dozen to work tomorrow.
