BEST cupcakes I have EVER made. The cupcakes are chocolate, with semisweet chocolate chips, and instant coffee. The icing I made was white chocolate and coffee, and I topped it off with semisweet chocolate shavings and sprinkles. They were absolutely amazing!

Dad's 50th
We had a 60's themed birthday party for my dad's 50th birthday last month. I made tie-dyed cakes and cupcakes for the party. I also made a cake for Kathy, Tyler's mom, because it was her birthday was the day before the fiesta.
