Oatmeal Cookie Bars

These oatmeal cookie bars were so good and I think they were all eaten up the day I made them [Saturday]. I used the recipe on the lid of the Quaker Oats, and added some chocolate chips instead of raisins. The recipe makes a lot more cookies than what I have shown. I made some regular oatmeal cookies without the chocolate chips or raisins added [requested by my dad] and with the rest of the mixture, I tossed in some chocolate chips and spread it into a baking pan. Voila! Warm, chewy oatmeal bar cookies.
